YOUR NEW COMPANY:

A award winning business in Blackburn with a dynamic and vibrant office environment! This is an exciting time to join the business and they are looking to recruit on a Permanent basis for a Wealth Management Administrator.

YOUR NEW ROLE:

To work as part of the Wealth Management team providing an excellent service to their clients' in accordance with the firm's values, procedures, prevailing legislation and good professional practice so as to meet or exceed clients' expectations and needs.

Support advisers and paraplanners in helping clients, many of whom are business owner managers, professionals and retired people, in all aspects of wealth management – planning, tax mitigation, investment strategy and asset protection.

Dealing with post on a same day basis – opening, scanning, filing, distributing etc.
Completing Valuations in a timely manner.
Completing Threads within appropriate timescales and ensuring all benchmarks are in place and filed correctly.
Tasks to be completed in appropriate timescales. This would include smartsearches, running Attitude to Risk Questionnaires (ATR's), creating new clients on xplan system, chasing providers for requested information, ensuring client files are compliant etc.
Ensuring stationary stocks for the team are adequate.
Making sure phones are answered promptly and politely with messages passed on to team members.
Working as a team and being aware of the work load spread within team, supporting others where needed.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Be familiar with the use of recognised software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and a tax return software package).
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills as there will be contact with clients at all levels.
Have good organisational skills as well as the ability to take initiative and contribute to the effective running of the department.
Have at least 2 years experience within administration for a wealth management team.
Gained the CII certificate in financial planning (administration).
