The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an Investor Relations Associate to join our Client’s team in London. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Partners and the Chief Investment Officer (CIO), contributing to fundraising efforts and day-to-day fund management activities to propel the firm's growth to the next level.

The team comprises a blend of local and international talent. Local team members in key markets serve as our eyes and ears on the ground, while the London-based team acts as a fulcrum for sharing experiences across the portfolio companies and maintaining relationships with international investors.

If you possess experience in a Military Chief of Staff role, with excellent organisational skills, outstanding stakeholder management skills, exceptional oral and written communication skills, and are a self-starter willing to use your initiative, then this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective investors globally.

  • Maintain existing relationships with Limited Partners (LPs).

  • Conduct business development and marketing activities for the fund.

  • Organise weekly internal fundraising meetings.

  • Provide day-to-day support to the partners with various tasks.

Requirements:

  • Experience in business development, product management or fundraising.

  • Strong interest in emerging markets and the technology sector.

  • Demonstrated business development skills.

  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with excellent collaboration skills.

  • Dynamic and entrepreneurial personality.

  • Excellent organisational skills.
