An exciting opportunity has arisen for Warehouse Administrators to join a Coventry Retail Logistics team to help support the UK operation. Candidates must be flexible with shift patterns and days/nights worked, as this is running as a 7-day operation. ADHOC weekend shifts will be on a rota basis with prior notice given.

The following shift patterns and pay rates are available:
Static night shift worker - Sunday - Thursday - £12.03 per hour
Rotational days/afternoons workers - £9.62 per hour

As a Warehouse Administrator your duties will include:
" Assisting with all administration aspects of the warehouse operation, ensuring seamless link between warehouse and operations.
" Managing and maintaining all HR and various systems, to enable daily, weekly and monthly reports and reviews.
" Goods In and Out.
" Being responsible for accurately reporting information on client invoicing and completing all associated paperwork.
" Raising Purchase Order numbers and providing quotes for various departments within the business.
" Any general warehouse duties that are required.

The ideal Warehouse Administrator you will have the following skills and experience:
" Previous experience of warehouse administration or similar with a demonstrable track record.
" Excellent warehouse skills, including manual handling and all aspects of Health & Safety in the workplace.
" IT literate with previous experience of Microsoft Office packages and in-house systems.
" Professional, with the ability to work on own initiative.
" Good time management and organisational skills and able to prioritise.
" Excellent communication and customer service skills to build and maintain healthy, working relationships with the team.
" Having the confidence to communicate with people at all levels via emails, phone and face to face.
