Job Description

You will be working 37.5 hours a week at Potters Bar Clinic

Potters Bar is a CAMHS Tier 4 low secure services for young people aged 13 up to 18 years with a wide range of disorders and complex needs and adults with acute mental health needs and personality disorders in an established 24-hour care environment.

With a team of junior and senior Nurses, Support Workers and a Deputy Ward Manager, you will design and deliver training and supervisions within a clinical environment using core skills in facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution, teaching and delegation.

You will be responsible for overseeing ward budgets, clinical and nursing audits, the on-call service and will ensure procedures are being adhered to as you support young people to build a brighter future.

Join the team at Potters Bar Clinic providing care for young people and adults with acute mental health needs and personality disorders in an established 24-hour care environment.

The CAMHS Tier 4 Low Secure services are for young people aged 13-18. Potters Bar Clinic is located in a residential area, only one minute drive from the M25 and a short bus ride from Potters Bar Train Station - with a bus stop right outside, making it an easy commute for most.

RMN/RMNH/RNLD/RN/RNC Qualification
Experience working in a similar environment
Experience as a Senior Nurse
Relevant sufficient post-registration experienceWhat you will get
