A successful unqualified teacher will require;
Ability to motivate students
Ability to work individually or as part of a team
Ability to use initiative
The role of an unqualified teacher will include;
Deliver preset work to a class of students
Support teachers in a classroom environment where required
Support students who have learning difficulties or behaviour issues
Ensuring students are engaged throughout lessons
Leaving a detailed report of how the lesson for the returning teacher
