Senior Nurse / Unt Manager - RGN nurse / Mental Health Nurse / Learning Disability Nurse - An exciting opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified nurse / preceptorship nurse or experienced registered nurse ( Adult Nurse - RGN, Mental Health Nurse - RMN or Learning Disability Nurse - RNLD ) to take on a lead role within a very positive, friendly and supportive BRAND NEW specialist care home for young adults with complex needs including neuro-disabilities, complex mental health and physical disabilities.
Location: Wyke, Bradford
Service Type: Specialist Care Home for young adults with complex needs including neuro-disabilities, complex mental health and physical disabilities.
Salary: £17.15 per hour ( £32,741.28 - £43,655.04 per annum ) - negotiable depending on your experience
Bonus: £1,500 welcome bonus
Hours: Full Time and Part Time hours are available - you can choose depending on your preference (options of: 24, 36, 42 or 48 hours per week)
Shifts: Options of Days only or Nights only or Mixed shifts on a rotational basis (8-8 shift pattern) - you can choose depending on your preference
Care Home Details: The Care Home started construction in March 2020 and is now ready to open in Spring 2021. The Care Home cares for 40 adults living with a range of complex needs and is spread across three floors. The Care Home Manager is focused and driven about the home. They have a very supportive management style. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to get involved in building and creating a fantastic culture and team for this beautiful new home.
Training / Induction and opportunities for development and progression: The Care Home offers a structured and thorough 2-week induction programme, which will include various training courses. The Home Manager is making sure that all nurses are able to support all of the needs of the Care Home by providing training to all of the nurses and ensuring they are supported with their competencies. Nurses will also have access to training opportunities to develop and enhance your nursing skills. The Home Manager is passionate about personal progression and development and fully recognises the effort of his colleagues. Nurses will have access to clear and structured development programmes where you can see clear pathways to progression within the Care Home.
