We are looking for a UK Sales Account Manager for a business in Yeovil, this is an office based role. The Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development of our clients most important customers, so must be able to develop trust with a major portfolio of contacts. Main duties include;
*Presenting products offers and services to customers through excellent communication and listening skills
*Obtaining and maintaining valuable long term relationships by understanding customer needs
*Working towards individual and departmental and business targets
*Handle any complaints to achieve total customer satisfaction
Ideal candidates will have the following attributes;
*The ability to manage your own performance and have the drive to reach targets
*Excellent communication skills, listening and understanding to generate sales
*The ability to maintain strong relationships whilst multi-tasking with a large network
*A tenacious and persistent attitude towards achieving goals
