About the Role
Due to continued growth and expansion the company are currently seeking to recruit an Area Sales Manager to join the sales team. They are looking for experienced, passionate and driven sales manager who will enjoy being part of an enthusiastic sales team.
This well established company provide specialist electrical operated material handling equipment and associated products for the UK. In this role you will be responsible for selling the brand of equipment. This will include pedestrian operated equipment and soon to be launched a road legal electric street sweeper. You will be responsible for sales in the South of the UK.
As an experienced Sales Manager, you will have the ability and understanding to look after customers from the initial inquiry through to handover of equipment, advising them on finance and maintenance products and ensuring that their expectations of the sales process are exceeded. We are looking for enthusiasm along with experience in face-to-face sales.
To be successful in this role you will:
* Present strong sales skills gained in a similar role and environment with local authorities and private organisations
* Possess excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
* Hold the ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced environment resulting in great results of outstanding customer service and selling.
* Hold a full clean UK driving licence.

As well as a stable career, we offer a competitive salary package subject to experience consisting of an excellent basic salary, very rewarding bonus structure with OTE earnings of £50,000 per annum
This is a full time role and typically you will be expected to work between 08:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday, on offer is 28 days holiday as well as various other benefits, including a death in service scheme, contributory workplace pension scheme and Costco membership.
