The role

As a Transformation Lead, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll lead the development of a transformation plan that aims to transform the future of British Army training.

Day to day, you'll work to understand the customers transformation goals and align the solution to ensure the targets are met and delivered. You will engage with senior stakeholders and the vision is matched both internally and externally.

Experience required
Have experience leading a major transformation programme
Experience of a digital change programmes
Knowledge of the Army's collective training system preferred
Deep understanding of how transformation can be achieved
Must have or be able to obtain the necessary level of security clearance
