The role

As Training Solutions & Requirements Manager, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll use your knowledge of defence training to manage the requirements capture and solution development of class leading training for our public sector clients.

Day to day, you'll work with the customer to identify problems and develop coherent solutions that are fit for delivery. You will ensure solutions meet user requirements and meet budget and timeline targets while mitigating any known risks.

Experience required
Knowledge of MOD Training policies and their application
Experience in the management or delivery of large scale training within a regulated environment
Ideally a APMG or APM P3M Practitioner
Experience of technical solution development within a commercial environment
Must have or be able to obtain the necessary level of security clearance
