As a Training Solution Manager, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. Paired with deep technical experts from across the business, you will be responsible for leading the development of Babcock's current and future training performance solutions for our public and private sector clients.
This role will involve liaison with multiple stakeholders and so you will be expected to talk confidently and collaboratively with senior customers, SME partners and internal stakeholders alike, building teams to deliver brilliant solutions. You must be able to tailor solutions to meet our customers' needs, therefore, building deep and meaningful relationships quickly will be essential to success.
This role is categorised as one of Babcock's Work Anywhere roles. This means the Solutions Team that you will join will benefit from the ability to work anywhere, as well as the opportunity to collaboratively work together in one of Babcock's many collaboration spaces across the UK, including (Bristol, Andover, Warminster and London). Initially regular team working will be required centred on Andover. Essential experience
