Defence Training
The Training Capability Lead role is based within our Defence Training business area.
The role
The difference our new Training Capability Lead will make
As a Training Capability Lead, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. This role works closely with our training business, solutions teams and business development personnel to provide supporting services to deliver first class training to our customers.
Day to day, you'll support the team on the delivery of key presentations and capability mapping to support the business and support our solutions team in the technical response of bids and proposals.
You'll conduct horizon scanning of disrupting training technologies and methodologies, identify opportunities to inform capability direction and be the lead on supporting the trial and transition of innovative technologies and practices into business as usual.
You will also promote and provide guidance to key stakeholders, to enable the enhancement of learning outcomes by utilising evidence-based novel training methodologies and technologies to ensure a proactive development culture and environment.

Essential experience
Experience within a Nuclear or Engineering background
Previous experience within the M.O.D or a reservist
Experience in either teaching, training or training design
Experience in identifying and implementing best practice in emerging training technologies and methods across sectors
Be able to work on your own and be proactive
You must hold or have the ability to obtain SC security clearance
Ability to work with mutliple stakeholders
Excellent communicator
