Job Description

My client based in Bury St Edmunds is seeking a Customer Service Co-ordinator/Training Administrator to join their team.

Salary circ £20,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Car Driver preferred as limited public transport to their offices.

Person Spec
Seeking a candidate with a minimum of 1 years Customer Service/Administration experience ideally within a commercial environment.
Confident both on the telephone and face to face with clients
Good Microsoft skills - both Word and Excel
Ability to prioritise workload
Professional, articulate and confidence is essential.

Role Profile
The purpose of the role is to offer the customer/delegates a professional experience at all times.
Duties will consist of the following:
Speaking with customers/delegates regarding instructions, queries, absence, results, processes.
Follow up on training courses, advising on results and giving support for additional work required for completion.
Update databases with instructions and results
Follow up requests for training
Assist with travel to reach training courses
Streamline and improve processes where required
Communicate with all other departments following up on reviews and opportunities
Follow up complaints and reviews
Preparation of audits
Log information onto trackers
Follow up evaluations.
