Trainee Delivery Recruitment Consultant
£18,000 base salary + commission structure with no threshold + benefits package.

You’ll be trained in the 360 aspect of the recruitment cycle before graduating as a dedicated Trainee Delivery consultant and working within our recruitment delivery function. After training you’ll work towards becoming an expert in sourcing and qualifying talent for mid-senior level recruitment assignments learning from some of the best recruiters in their sectors. From telephone interviewing, using a range of tech including a gifted LinkedIn Recruiter licence and attending networking events this is ideal for an individual who describes themselves as a “people person” and wants to progress quickly.
