We would like to speak with individuals who are currently, or have recently worked within a Hospital setting and hold their own Level 3 qualification in either Health and Social Care or Clinical Care, who are looking for a new opportunity involving the training and development of future Healthcare Assistants!
Salary: £27,400 - £29,600 (including location allowance for candidates based within an eligible postcode area)
Location: Home based - Candidates must be flexible with travel throughout Kent

Assessors are based from home, planning own diary visiting learners in their place of work.
You must hold solid occupational experience within Clinical Healthcare (in settings such as Hospital / Clinical / Private Medical environments).
Must hold own Level 3 qualification in either Health and Social Care or Clinical Healthcare (or above such as an RGN).
Delivering completely online due to Covid-19 with a view to returning to online and visiting/observing learners in their place of work, once restrictions are lifted, to gather evidence towards their QCF Diploma.
Confident with Maths and English – (grades C or above – or Key/Functional Skills at level 2).
You must be confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
Must be IT literate.
Full, clean, UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
The successful candidate will assess and support learners through full Apprenticeship Standards in Clinical Healthcare up to Level 3.
Deliver training and support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Support, advise and motivate learners, through to end point assessment.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.
