Job Description

Role: Outbound Telesales (no cold calls)
Location: Doncaster, DN4 - Initially a home-based role after training.
Role Type: Full Time, Permanent 

Salary: £18,600 basic plus commission OTE £25,000
Hours: 11:00 - 20:00 Monday to Friday and 1 Saturday in 4 (extra day off in the week)

What will I be doing? 

Although this is an outbound sales role, you will only be speaking to people who have happily bought their dream car with us. This is less of a sell more of an advisory call as you will be offering them the fantastic service package to keep their car on the road and make them a customer for life. 

You will be the continuation of the customer journey, providing exceptional service and ensure that they have all the information they need to make the best choice.

What will I need to be successful? 

You will need to be a people person with the ability to build effective relationships over the phone and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A 'can-do' attitude, resilient personality and fantastic attention to detail is essential to this role. 

Some experience in a sales, customer service or other call centre environment would be desirable but not essential as full training is provided.
