Job Description


The main purpose of this role is to maximise the effectiveness of the rest of your team, working together towards agreed set targets and profitability goals. To provide high level sales and customer service and respond to all queries in an efficient, professional and timely manner. Looking after your own database that you will be responsible for and add to the business.


Main Duties

 1 Make 80 productive outbound sales calls per day
 2 Up-sell all other client lines
 3 Proactively target new business from successful registrations
 4 Registration support
 5 Account population into Outlook planner
 6 Achieving/exceeding monthly targets
 7 Answering inbound office phone calls
 8 Monthly updates to contacts on database
 9 Order entry
10 Customer queries managed and resolved
11 Develop positive relationships with all customers
12 Initial sales/customer service dispute resolution
13 Proactively work to company targets and striving to exceed them
14 Customer service support
15 High level of customer service skills
16 Excellent verbal and written communication

8:30-5:30 Monday to Friday (1 hour lunch)
23 days holiday

Salary £17,160 per year
Bonus scheme up to £7,200 per year paid per month*

*additional £300 for a record month hitting sales targets
