The ideal candidate must have:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Outbound sales experience.
- Ability to work to targets.
- Confident telephone manner.
- Good PC skills.
- Excellent Team Player.
- Good Time Management skills
- Debt collecting experience.
- Experience on a dialler system.
- Sales experience.
- 3 weeks training.
- 9am-5pm but is flexible between 8am-8pm hrs Monday – Friday (No weekend work)
- 2 X 15 minutes break + 1 hour lunch.
- Room for progression within the company.
- Salary between £17,000 -£19,000 depending on experience + uncapped commission (Monthly average commission between £300-£600).
