We deal with digital Transformation by managing clients print output equipment and assist business with identifying areas whereby improvement on a manual paper-based process and covert to digital automation. We then introduce bespoke hand-held digital forms applications to replace the manual paper-based process. Adapt vision displays screens to share the captured information with staff and management, whilst implementing intelligent document management applications to manage the documents whilst proving digital lockers to safeguard hand held devices.
Purpose of the role:
The role requires the holder to manage their time effectively so that they can facilitate the identification of opportunities to both increase awareness of the UniDoc brand and the generation of opportunities for the sales team.
Duties of the role (Telemarketing & Trainee Field Sales Executive (TM))
Build, maintain and manage a database of businesses that ideally fall within the Corporate sector.
Establish the correct point of contact and where they sit within the decision-making process.
Update and maintain the CRM system (Pipedrive) to ensure that all data is accurate.
Develop rapport and a relationship with the prospect with the aim of generating an opportunity for a meeting to take place with one of the Directors.
Liaise with the Directors following meetings to get feedback, discuss next steps and establish whether there is any further activity required.
Work in conjunction within the Sales Processes as documented in Word & Visio and updating Pipedrive CRM.
Increase awareness of the brand and its solutions using company approved Social Media, Website and Networking.
Follow up marketing campaigns implemented through Infusionsoft.
Time management is paramount, experience shows that Monday mornings and Friday afternoons are generally not good times for telemarketing, therefore this time will be dedicated to marketing activities as highlighted above.
The is to aim to speak with between 10 & 15 decision makers per day and to make however many diallings are required to facilitate this (industry standard metrics dictate that this should be between 100 & 150).
Apt target is to generate a minimum of 20 appointments per month (in line with processes above and BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timescale), unless requested otherwise by Management).
Salary £20,000-£23,000 depending on experience plus Commission, OTE £25k,
Company car (Peugeot 308).
