We have a role available for a skilled Technical architect to help design enduring services and migration plans, including machine and people identity across Windows/Redhat/Solaris, migration of corporate services to the cloud (e.g. AzureAD, Office 365, Skype/Teams), rearchitecting of various PKI offerings, and provision of sufficient Citrix VDI capacity across on-prem and cloud.
The role of the Technical Architect is:
" To provide technical architectural leadership to the Employee Enablement team, ensuring alignment with broader strategic architectural direction.
" Act as a conduit between Employee Enablement and both the Architecture Steering Group and the Design Authority.
" Help define and refine best practices, standards and architectural principles.
" Supporting Employee Enablement squads by owning and creating solution architectures
" Define strategy and assure services are fit for purpose
" Regularly collaborate and find agreement with senior stakeholders, providing direction and challenge
" Proactively identify problems and translate these into non-technical descriptions that can be widely understood
" Mentor and coach junior colleagues
" Collaborate on requirements and solutions with the various Enablement squads
" Ensure Enablement squads are aware of and adhering to the principles, standards and best practices set out by the Architectural Steering Group and the Design Authority
