Job Description

£11.00 - £15.00 PER HOUR depending on experience
37 HOURS PER WEEK (08:30-16:30 Mon - Thu; Fri 08.30-16:000)

Experience Required
The ability to work flexibly to meet the varying requirements of the team
Experience in the use of data and document management systems
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office and appropriate programmes
Excellent administrative and organisational skills - able to organise their own and the team's
time effectively
Strong communication skills, able to organise, manage and disseminate critical information
Ability to work accurately, with a high attention to detail and efficiently under tight deadlines
and pressure
Self-motivated, resourceful and a strong personal commitment
Ability to deal with scheme members, responding to initial queries and directing responses
Supporting team members on aspects of scheme matters, including liaising with advisers and
members both verbally and preparing written material
Experience of invoice processing
Production of a variety of accurate and appropriate written communication, including reports,
letters and emails
Comprehensive knowledge of relevant policies, procedures and processes
Booking accommodation, travel arrangements and managing logistics of high numbers of
Requirement to operate with absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times

Keys Skills and Qualifications required
Good standard of education, demonstrated by GCSE or equivalent qualifications in key subjects ideally including English and Maths
Post GCSE (or equivalent) education is desirable
Good communication skills essential
Able to follow instruction and work to timelines and targets
Working with and on behalf of the team, and being the first port of call for scheme related queries
Engaging in work delivered under processes which underpin pensions activities
Undertake and assist with project work as required
