The ideal candidate will have:
*Excellent attention to detail
*Good friendly professional telephone manner
*Great organisational skills
*Good team player
*Experienced in communicating with customers
*Familiar with main Microsoft Office software, especially Excel, Outlook and Word - you will be dealing with complex spreadsheets so you must have strong Excel skills
*Be from an engineering/admin background
Experience of quotations and the ability to read technical drawings is desirable but not essential.
*Raising purchase orders for general consumables and raw material High Value
*Answering the phone and transferring calls
*Loading a production job on to the company's integrated manufacturing management system
*General office duties - i.e. general admin, stationery stock control, etc.
*Assist with customer and supplier queries
*Maintaining accurate stock records
