Teaching Assistant Position

To Start Immediately

We are excited to be collaborating with a mainstream Primary school in the heart of London, rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted.  The school is looking for someone who can commit to a full-time role, who is outgoing, adventurous, can take on responsibilities, has a passion for teaching and can provide a safe environment for the children while following safeguarding policies. Your role will consist of maintaining and updating students' reports, helping and participating with activities and tasks set for the students, using your initiative to plan and promote learning. The successful candidate will have a good scope of practice and a positive attitude towards learning.  

COVID-19 notice– We will not be interviewing candidates face to face; we will instead be interviewing via video link. Vetting procedures will be carried out online.

The successful Teaching Assistant will:

Be organised and have good time management skills

Be supportive and encouraging

Have a desire to teach

Have good communication and interactive skills

Have experience working in groups

Have good teaching assistant experience
