Job Description

1 Teaching Assistant
£350- £450 per week via PAYE

Vision For Education are currently recruiting for an experienced Teaching Assistant for a small, local school to work 1:1 with a KS2 child. This will be full-time, term-time position for the remainder of the academic year, with the opportunity to continue in the new academic year.

The role is to work on a 1:1 basis with students working with their own personalised curriculum to meet their specific needs and to support them to thrive.  You will promote high expectations of each child to ensure they reach their maximum potential. The role includes working collaboratively with staff members, families, and a range of other agencies to best support the pupils needs. Within the role you will be expected to provide personal care and hygiene to support children’s independence.

Ideally hold a relevant NVQ level 2 or equivalent
Have some experience working with SEND
Committed and passionate about supporting inclusive education
