Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Vision For Education are currently recruiting for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a supportive local primary school. This is a full-time term-time position.
The position will involve working within a whole class setting as well as supporting the needs of small groups and on an individual basis. Your role will include supporting the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities. Some planning, preparation ad delivery of targeted activities may be required.
The school is a part of an established academy trust with opportunities to work in different settings. The SLT team are highly dedicated to supporting staff and inspiring reflective and independent learners. We are keen to speak to experienced teaching assistants with a passion for supporting children to achieve their full potential. We are looking for someone with high expectations of themselves and of pupils.

Have previous experience working as a TA, experience as a HLTA would be beneficial
Hold a GCSE level English and Maths
A HLTA qualification is desirable but not essential
Most importantly, is passionate about supporting children in their learning
