Pertemps are looking for a Permanent Talent Recruitment Resourcer on a Part-time basis.

Working Hours: 9.00am to 3.00pm (Set 30 hours per week)

Location: Chippenham, Wiltshire

Salary: 13,572 to £14000 depending on experience.

You must have a driving licence and your own transport for the location because there are no buses on route.

The Main Purpose of the Job:
Represent the Pertemps brand on key accounts, providing the client with the right resources, both permanent and contingent, within the SLA's
Proactively source and build a talent pool of candidates ( Social Media)( Linked-In) many more tools.
Develop strong relationships with the candidates, clients' own managers and key stakeholders through robust consultation and engagement methods
Develop and demonstrate a strong understanding of the clients business
Develop excellent knowledge of the relevant candidate labour markets through proactive research and sourcing strategies that include extensive networking
Work as part of a team to ensure Pertemps deliver key aspects of the contract and more.

The Key Accountability's of the Job:
Work closely with the Recruitment Manager to identify the most appropriate methods of sourcing potential candidates. Speak to clients and candidates daily and proactively build talent pools of suitable resources e.g. Engineering, I.T, Project Managers, Call Centre, Administration, HR, Public Sector, Niche and specialist roles.
Utilise all methods to source suitable candidates ( Social Media) ( CRM) (Linked-In) etc
Write compliant job adverts, obtain appropriate sign off and publish using the most appropriate sourcing channel
To actively search job websites, manage sourcing responses on a daily basis/ make, contact with suitable candidates, carry out telephone interviews where appropriate and arrange appointments to register
Regularly update candidate details by keeping in touch to see whether they are still looking for work and establish leads/ask for referrals
Carry out initial interviews / Registration screening of applicants
Compile CV's for presentation to clients
Set up client/candidate interviews/ prepare briefing packs as required
Obtain feedback from both the client and candidate and update systems accordingly
Work within the contract SLA's and where possible exceed client expectations

The Critical Activities of the Job are:
To engage with candidates at all time demonstrating knowledge and understating of the business and or situation.
To use judgement in allocating people to jobs through undertaking recruitment and selection procedures.
To monitor and manage information essential to the successful completion of company procedures.
To anticipate possible problems and offer solutions.
To work on challenging tasks while being interrupted and under pressure to deliver.
To make important judgements using information available whether routine or on short notice.
To act as a ambassador for the company at all times
Manage the search, selection and screening process in line with the process guides.
Manage the permanent and contingent recruitment process in line with the process guides.
Proactively source candidates via networking, referrals, CV database searches and talent pools.
Update and maintain data/records within Pertemps and client system

The Talent Recruitment Resourcer will ideally express:

Effective scheduling of work through planning, prioritising, organising and review to facilitate the meeting of deadlines and objectives.
Adaptability to major or sudden changes in circumstances, constantly changing priorities and interruptions to daily routine.
Awareness of the effects of actions, words and appearance on others' perception of Pertemps.
Must be able to use Word, Excel, Outlook with excellent written grammar. Excellent telephone manner, good communication skills and the passion move up in the role.Strong Administrator and a good eye for details.
