We are looking for an experienced Talent Development Manager who ideally has the following skills & demonstrated Responsibilities:
*To Develop the company's management skills based on values driven decision making and behaviour.
*To organise/deliver coaching and mentoring as needed.
*To ensure all management and leaders are role models.
*Supporting managers in improving performance and behaviour.
*Running the 'business coms' programme to give the workforce and leadership some quality time together and to ensure monthly one to ones are conducted.
*Driving through and delivering the evaluation programme that delivers fair pay based on relative industry work of jobs and to help retain, develop and attract talent.
*To establish and manage the companies Personal Development programme that supports the business strategy and to measure competency, providing a skills road map, to clarify expectations and to ensure feedback is timely and evidential.
*To develop leader's ability to run PDP Programmes and to ensure top down approach to PDP's in a timely manner and to ensure that goals follow PRISM.
*To research and implement appropriate technology that fosters collaboration, communications, learning and gives quality feedback.
*To contribute to planning and delivering a learning and development programme
To Initiate and manage successful planning and retirement programme for the company
To establish and maintain a work-based mentor programme to encourage continuous learning and implementation and to evaluate the impact of this.
*To establish and maintain a rewards programme for learning in own time (collaboratively working with internal stakeholders).
*Establishing and running an employee recognition programme for teambuilding events.
*Running regular employee surveys and reports to executive team in line with actions plans
*Working with the involvement team to improve employee relationship and the business experience.
*Running an exit programme that ensures all exit interviews are conducted professionally and are actioned.
*To establish a retirement and rightsizing programme when required.
