You will provide ongoing support across the network on a daily basis including telephony and hardware and will act as the 1st and 2nd line support for internal customers and employees. In addition to this you will ensure the smooth running of all systems and that any agreed SLAs are adhered to. You will also support in the installation and backup of systems and hardware whilst being there in any emergency situations where required.
In order to be successful you will ideally have the following experience:
- Administration of Windows AD
- Experience with Office 365 and Exchange Online
- Powershell scripting
- Windows desktop support experience (remote and on-site)
- The motivation to learn new systems where required.
