Job Description

We are looking for Support Workers to join our Services based in Corsham and Chippenham in North Wiltshire on a permanent, part time basis. We have a variety of hours available so we can be flexible with the number of hours offered and will consider applications from all interested candidates.

Our Corsham Service is a block of six flats where the people we support live independently.  The young adults we support are very independent but need some support with banking, menu planning, batch cooking, paper work, booking appointments and keeping the flat clean and tidy.  They enjoy going into the local town with a Support Worker and to look around the shops or visit a local café.

This role will also occasionally support a gentleman in Chippenham.  In particular, this will involved taking him to home games for Swindon FC.

Shifts will be spread across mornings, afternoons, evenings and sleep ins, weekends and bank holidays.
