Job Description

Are you looking to join a major employer in the area that offers fantastic career opportunities? I have the opportunity for a Supply Chain Administrator to join a busy and well established company based in Redditch. This role is an integral part of the planning department offering administrative support to the team and Manager.

This is a temporary assignment until the end of the year but the company have expressed there are permanent opportunities for the candidates within the business. This is a full time role working 7.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30am – 12.30pm Friday. The pay rate for this position will £8.50 - £9 per hour. This position requires someone who can start immediately.

Duties included:
*Administrative support to the planning department
*Raising sub-contractor paperwork
*Raising Purchase Orders and works orders
*Assisting with and monitoring production and that this is in line with requirements
*Ensuring smooth production flow

You will need a proven administrative background to be considered for this position. Any experience with planning, materials planning, logistics, administration, supply chain, production planning, within a support role for example PA or purchase orders would be an advantage.
