This is a 5 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT role, working 35 hours per week, based in the City of London HQ (London Bridge / Cannon Street area) - paying £27,500 pro rata plus excellent benefits.
" Process income received from members from a variety of common payment methods
" Process reduced subscription claims
" Raise and issue subscription notices
" Raise refund payments to members
" Assist with the administration of Direct Debit instructions.
" Ensure that a prompt and informed response is made to all member enquiries via email and telephone.
" Effective liaison with membership services to ensure a seamless service to members
" Knowledge of using a sales ledger (credit control and collections)
" Strong IT skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
" Experience of answering customer enquiries by telephone and email
" Experience of providing outstanding customer service
" Ability to work effectively on own initiative and as part of a team
" Ability to prioritise
" Excellent communication skills
" Experience of using a CRM database
" AAT or equivalent
