Monday to Friday: 9-6
Long term temporary position
Pay: £8.60 per hour

Our national client based in Gloucester, a wholesale drinks distributor, are looking for Stock Administrators to join their mobile team.

You will be joining the team at Gloucester called the mobile checking team.
This will be an admin focused role where you will be responsible for the checking of the stock picked to make sure it is correct before it is sent out for delivery.

You will using a handheld RDT which will tell you what stock should be on the pallet and making sure that the correct quantity and product has been picked onto the pallet prior to delivery.

Job Role
o Responsible for accurately checking the stock prior to delivery
o Use a handheld RDT
o Administrate the stock and inform the picking team of errors
o Ensure delivery is successful through correct stock count
o Communicate with all departments
o Support the warehouse and office departments

Required Skills
o Understanding of managing and dealing with Stock
o High level of MS Office (especially excel)
o Advanced numeric and analytical skills
o Excellent organisational skills
o Ability to follow work procedures
o Good interpersonal, motivational and planning skills
o Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
o Positive, Focussed, Can do Attitude, Right First time and deliver work with passion
o Ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines
