Our client is an exclusive private members club located in Epsom who are currently looking for a Junior Sous Chef, you will support the wider kitchen team including Sous, Chef de Partie and Commis Chefs in order to consistently deliver to the expectation of Members, guests and management. 

There are several food outlets within the club including a speciality Restaurant, Brasserie as well as a Gastro Pub

The job itself is an opportunity for a chef to gain experience working in an extremely prestigious place, catering for high volumes of members to the highest of standards.



The Role of a Junior Sous Chef (Epsom):
  • Take charge of the CDP’s, and Commis chefs
  • Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
  • Organising the kitchen
 

 What you need to get the job of a Junior Sous Chef (Epsom):
  • Experience at a similar level,
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent 
  • Experience cooking with fresh produce and to a high standard
  • Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and progress
  • First rate culinary skills
