You will work 37.5 hours a week, which will include some weekends at two services in Hertfordshire, Potters Bar Clinic and Rhodes Wood Hospital, which will see you provide and promote a proactive wellbeing service for all service users and staff.

As a Staff & Patient Wellbeing Coordinator, you will be the point of contact to everyone based at the services who need information, advice and/or signposting. You will ensure a responsive, flexible and integrated wellbeing service is available and being a visible point of contact for service users and staff who may require information, advice or signposting, or who want to give feedback, pay a compliment, raise a concern or suggest wellbeing initiatives / activities.

In this role, will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary teams at each site and deal directly with service users and the public, Elysium Healthcare staff and others, through face-to-face contact and meetings, telephone conversations, and formal written correspondence.

You will take an active approach to get feedback through face-to-face meetings, telephone conversations, and formal written correspondence to help shape and evolve wellbeing initiatives and activities. This will see you plan and create a yearly calendar for service users' events to help encourage engagement.

Your responsibilities will include:

Working with key members of hospital staff at each site to focus on staff retention and wellbeing projects
Leading on staff forums in collaboration with the Hospital Directors at each site
To lead on staff wellbeing events and the promotion of these events, including linking in with marketing to show case and promote both hospitals via various social media campaigns
Promoting staff forums and taking forward suggestions and ideas in relation to staff wellbeing initiatives / staff retention and identifying projects and areas of development
To develop staff promotional offers, in collaboration with sites to enhance recruitment and retention as well as incentivising staff to refer family and friends for careers within Potters Bar and Rhodes Wood Hospital
The ability to identify any staff wellbeing concerns which require the appropriate support from HR and the ability to sign post them to such services including but not limited to HR, Speak Up Guardians or the confidential care lines
To work with key staff at each service to review the staff survey results and work to develop robust plans for identified areas of improvements, ensuring that these are monitored through to completion for each site
Be responsible for maintaining qualitative and quantitative data to assess progress against key objectives
Linking in with the Training Hub to deliver wellbeing workshops for staff.To be successful in this role, you will need:

4 GCSEs, C or above, including Maths and English
Experience customer-focused role
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent in experience
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Efficient using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to communicate sensitively and manage/de-escalate difficult conversations
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills What you will get:
