My client, an engineering company which specialises in the manufacture of special purpose machinery is currently looking for a Spares Coordinator to be responsible for the co-ordination of quotations and sales within aftersales relating to spare parts, spares kits & recommended spares.

Key Responsibilities

*Manage frequent phone calls and emails from customers
*Prepare, monitor, and process sales quotations and orders for spare parts, recommended spares and kits
*Monitor and progress all outstanding customer enquiries with purchasing / engineering / production / affiliates
*Monitor and update outstanding spares orders on the ERP system on a daily basis
*Raise and receipt purchase orders to cover spares orders and transport
*Liaise with customers on all issues regarding spares
*Communicate deadlines and sales goals
*Promote and administrate new iCare website
*Plan and organise promotions to increase the sale of spare parts
*Visit customers if required
*Provide quality customer service and effectively handle customer enquiries


Experience

*Qualification in customer services / spare parts co-ordination
*Excellent administration ability and forward planning
*IT literate
*Excellent planning, organisation, relating and networking
*Experience with ERP systems for order processing, invoicing and issuing credits
*Experience in a co-ordination role or similar
*Demonstrable experience in customer service
*Able to work as part of a highly motivated team
