Sous Chef - Contract Catering - £10 per Hour

Urgently needing a Sous Chef with fresh food experience to work at a contract catering site in Yeovilton. You'll be catering for high volumes for people in this job, cooking fresh food ensuring high standards are kept in this well known company. As the Sous Chef, you will have a lot of responsibility to coordinate your team of chefs and make sure that you implement good leadership skills as well as ensuring that your team are keeping to the expected standards. Overtime is available when the site has functions taking place at the venue.

37 ½ hours per week
Hours are 0600-1430 or 1100-1900
1 weekend in 4

Your main responsibilities will include:
* Meet the customers' demands with high standards/high covers
* Coordinate and help develop your team
* Implement COSHH and Health & Safety standards
* Working with the head chef to manage the kitchen
* Action customer complaints
* Motivate and lead catering employees to perform their roles to a high standard and in alignment to policies and procedures

What you need to get the Head Chef role:
* Previous Sous Chef experience
* Preferably worked on contract catering sites before/high volumes
* Great leadership skills
* Relevant training
* Flair and passion about cooking
* Motivation to grow and develop
