Job Description

Blue Arrow is currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join a newly established Gastro Pub on the outskirts of Northampton. A pictures village location, under new owners is producing fresh food menu.


An independently run country pub offering menus featuring modern and traditional pub dishes is seeking a Sous Chef to work in the small team of chefs. The owner is looking to establish the venue as a place to go, eat and relax. You will be part of a small kitchen team cooking from fresh ingredients, making even your own bread and ice cream.


A senior CDP or strong Junior Sous Chef with a CV that shows stability in your previous roles is required for this role. You will need to work well within a small, friendly team of chefs who work hard to showcase their cooking abilities. A confident chef who is capable of running service in the absence of the Head Chef is needed.
