The sous chef position will be responsible for ensuring the consistent production of high quality food across all food outlets, will help with menu creation by incorporating guest feedback and cost control to increase GP margins. You will also manage the kitchen brigade and provide relevant training to keep the team motivated and maintaining standards.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar multi outlet property, will be passionate about their work and will have strong knowledge of all health and safety and food hygiene regulations.
