We are recruiting for a Passionate, experienced and driven Sous Chef to join a fresh food gastro pub based in Farnborough.

As Sous Chef you will assist the Head Chef in developing menus alongside helping managing the kitchen team in providing excellent dishes for your customers as well as being creative and hands on.

Covers: Lunch - range from 30-60 depending on time of year. Dinner - 45 - 80 (there are many walk-ins , therefore the covers can sometimes be very concentrated into a short space of time)

The Requirements:

  • Experience at Chef level in a Pub background
  • Passionate about food
  • Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to take operation to the next level
