Sous Chef - £28K+ Tips - Fareham - Pub
Our client is a popular, food led pub situated in Fareham. The pub operates an impressive food menu and is a part of a well - known Hotel. offering excellent career opportunities to develop and progress. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef that will be in charge of the kitchen reporting into the Executive Chef.
The hours will be contracted to a minimum of 40hrs per week on a variance of shifts.
Your main responsibilities as a Sous Chef
- Producing dishes to meet the required standard
- Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
- Controlling of Stock
What you need to get the job Sous Chef:
- Experience at a Sous level or CDP in a similar establishment
- Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or Equivalent or relevant experience
- Passionate about food
- Enthusiastic attitude
