The pub is a very popular venue that offers a selection of modern british dishes made from fresh locally sourced produce. They frequently change the menu's and are looking for a sous chef with creativity and flair who can help bring new ideas and excitement to the property.
Alongside working on frequent menu changes the sous chef will be required to lead the team in the head chefs absence, make orders, manage stock, train junior staff and maintain high levels of kitchen hygiene and food safety at all times.
The job is working to a 45 hours per week contract, both straight and split shifts. It is essential to have access to your own transport for this role.
