Sous Chef  – Prestigious Head Office – Surbiton area - £30,000 - £32,000 per annum

My client is a bespoke contract catering company who pride themselves on exceptional quality and service delivery using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

An opportunity has arisen for a talented and innovative Sous Chef to join their brigade within a busy Head Office where expectations are high and a memorable dining experience is created. You will work with the Chef Manager and a small team, creating mouth watering dishes from around the world. Breakfast, Lunch and an extensive hospitality service is provided.

This role starts August/September 2019.

The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for food, using fresh seasonal produce daily and have knowledge of current food trends around the world. You will have a keen eye for detail and presentation.  This exciting role requires a committed, creative and enthusiastic chef with experience of motivating and developing the team aswell as leading by example.

This is 5 out of 7 operation with some evening shifts and weekends, 40 hours per week on a rota basis.

 A level of flexibility is required in accordance with the needs of the business.
