Our client is a high end pub and grill situated on the beach edge of Rye. They specialise in modern British and European food using local and fresh ingredients bringing the fresh produce of Rye to the customer. As Sous Chef you will be able to work at fast pace and deliver a great customer experience. You will be working along side the head chef as well as a team of chefs and to step up whilst the head chef is away.
The ideal candidates will-
-Bring Passion and creativity to the kitchen
-Have previous experience working to high standards
-Be familiar with working to health and safety standards at all times
-Have experience with working with fresh foods
-Own transport will be required
