You will receive a starting salary of £40,000 DOE with OTE £10,000 plus generous incentive plan
Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm Central Bristol part time and flexible/remote working will also be considered.
As the Software Account Manager you will be responsible for sales, delivery management and long-term business development of Professional Service customers. The Professional Services group delivers projects and consultancy.
Working for a technology led organisation you must have a passion for technology, is great working with customers and can apply our unique testing technology offerings to our customer's needs.
Ability to travel worldwide (without restriction). It is expected that in order to fulfil this role successfully, regular customer visits will be required.
Own car required travel expenses will be paid
o Identify, set up relationships, follow and progress sales opportunities,
o Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling,
o Develop and maintain long-term relationships with our Professional Services accounts. Make regular customer visits,
o Where possible, provide early technical credibility and insight, put forward credible early technical solutions based, prior to developing more complete solutions with the technical team,
o Manage client relationships during projects, working to achieve client goals while meeting company goals. Ensure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion,
o Communicate client needs and demands within the company, including liaison within our engineering teams,
o Identify opportunities to grow our business with existing & new clients
o Coordinate with staff members working on our customers to ensure consistent service
o Manage opportunity qualification & prioritisation,
o Develop proposals, including responding to RFP and RFQ's,
o From time to time; provide Market insight and attend trade shows,
o Degree qualified in a relevant technical discipline with relevant experience in a technical commercial role.
o Proven track record of selling and delivering B2B complex technical solutions
o Able to work and generate business on own initiatives
o Confidence to communicate technical and related business concepts at senior levels. Able to present complex technical concepts to audiences of varying backgrounds
o Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team
o Eager to learn and able to pick up new concepts in short timeframes
o Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
