The hotel is one of the leading hotels in the Midlands, offering a fantastic luxury service with an award winning restaurant, spa and banqueting facilities.
The position of senior sous chef will be working with a team of 12 chefs, leading the team in the head chef absence, creating new menus, training junior staff whilst maintaining the highest of kitchen hygiene and food standards.
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience working as a sous chef within a 2AA rosette property, will have experience leading a large team and will show a real passion for food. It is also beneficial to have your own transport.
The job is working five days out of seven, straight shifts either 8am - 5pm or 11pm - 10pm depending on business needs.
