Job Description

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Site Technician to join the team located in Church Stretton. The successful candidate will be working as part of an EMEA culinary team, supporting the café purchasing teams and client's Culinary Purchasing Manager across EMEA.

Role Summary:

Primary focus on delivery of all FM Operations SLA's in accordance with KPI & Output measurements including HVAC, Extract Systems, Electrical, UPS systems, Fire Alarm, Plumbing, Office furniture layouts, Roof and gutters, Building Fabric and Carparks

Support/Monitor 3rd party maintenance supplier activities when required and report any corrective works arising

Comply with HSE requirements as outlined within the SLA and as instructed by the company policy

Act as a part of site Emergency team i.e. Fire Marshall, as required for emergency control activities

Report all accidents and hazards identified within daily routine

Ensure all contractors, under sphere of control, operate within appropriate SHE processes and client QHSE standards

Carry out daily Mail Room activities when required

Assist site waste and recycling arrangements

Co-ordinate the raising of purchase orders for goods or services as required, always in compliance of business control

Take ownership and understand customer requirements and be able to demonstrate the ability to close out concerns ensuring customer is always kept appraised

Provide and arrange cover for the FM team as defined by line management

In addition to the above-mentioned tasks, other activities and responsibilities may be individually defined including self-delivery of small projects etc

Experience Required:

PPM delivery experience

Electrically competent to 18th edition

Electrical installation experience

Delivery and resolution for all building related items Service Delivery

Quality Standards, Image and Innovation

Planning, Prioritising and Organising

Problem Solving

Trustworthy and discreet

Ability to work without supervision
