Site Facilities Manager, permanent career opportunity to join a market leading manufacturing client, who seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to manage the site in the Oxfordshire countryside.

You will be the primary interface between the landlord and/or the landlord's agents, the company employees and all site visitors, in relation to the estate's maintenance, property and development matters. Acting as the Company's representative for all site requirements, security provisions and general Health and Safety regulations, working with the EH & S Manager, ensuring that all processes are efficiently monitored and maintained, liaising with external service providers as required.

As Site Facilities Manager, you will liaise and negotiate with suppliers and service providers, including establishing and maintaining contracts for the provision of relevant services e.g. cleaning, waste removal, pest control etc. whilst ensuring best levels of service. To co-ordinate the provision of facilities such as fire regulations and evacuation procedures, acting as Deputy Fire Warden (weekly fire alarm testing), heating, lighting, air-conditioning, toilet facilities, car parking etc, plus all site inspections.

Management of budgetary requirements for the facility maintenance and arranging relevant maintenance works, to organise all external contractors responsible for the maintenance of the Plant Room and overall Site Facility. This will include the negotiation of appropriate service contracts with contractors for laboratory equipment, including the price, delivery schedules and repairs as and when required.
