The role

The difference our new Signalling CRE / Senior Project Engineer will make


As a Signalling CRE / Senior Project Engineer, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will be working within our project teams and will be required to undertake the day-to-day management and co-ordination of the technical and engineering activities for the implementation of the signalling discipline on large, multi-disciplinary projects.

Day to day, you will be liasing with the design and construction teams, ensure that all signalling construction works comply with all standards, legislation and specifications.

Essential experience:
Evidence of being a signalling construction CRE is essential and CEM is desirable
Experience of delivering signalling work in an operational environment and on large multi-disciplinary projects is essential
Experience of liaison with design and successful contribution to the design development through IDC processes is essential
Fully conversant with railway structure and associated safety matters
Holding a IRSE engineering manager license is preferred
Has or is actively working towards professional registration
Relevant engineering HNC/D or degree is desirable
