This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SHE Officer to join a world renowned business in their site in Leek. They are a global company with sites across the world to support their growing customer base and as such there are long term progression opportunities across the wider group. You will work with all levels on site to advise on all health and safety matters, develop a progressive and proactive culture and ensure policies and procedures are followed. You will plan and implement the goals of the site and the wider business, set key objectives and ensure they are met. You will create policies and procedures, conduct risk assessments and do accident investigation. It is very much a generalist, hands on HSE position that will allow you to use your vast skill set to make a difference.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Chemical manufacturing
• NEBOSH Certificate
• Strong communicator
• Good planning and organisational skills
• Capable of working to high standards with an attention to detail
