Job Description

I am currently looking for several Settlement Administrators to work for a well-established fun friendly company in South Bristol.

This is a full time position Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm

You will receive a salary between £18,000 - £21,000

You will be reporting to a Team Leader, the role's main priority is ensuring the daily Settlement of all Trades.
Following the Trade being placed, you will be responsible for arranging Stock and Cash movements in multiple markets working to those Market deadlines, liaising with Stockbrokers, Custodians and key internal clients, investigating any unsettled trades and ensuring adherence to FCA rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

" Ensure all trades are calculated accurately and output is generated correctly.
" Be responsible for checking the personalisation of advice notes, and the dispatch of advice notes.
" Ensure relevant Custody and Settlement systems are monitored with all trades being matched, settled or deleted within the Settlement cycle.
" Monitor incoming emails and ensure appropriate actions are taken within the required timescales.
" Communicate potential issues with the Settlements Manager.
" Maintain good professional relationships with all parties internally and externally.
" Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills, Experience and Competencies

" Good level of competence with PC applications: - Outlook, Word and Excel.
" Ability to work accurately under pressure and to remain professional at all times
" Ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
" Excellent attention to detail, time management skills and organisational skills
" Reliability, flexibility and a positive approach to a rapidly changing and expanding environment and a willingness to contribute to the department in achieving its targets
